Pretty sure he's arguing that 17 yos who have consensual sex with each other aren't rapists, so your question is beside the point.

No it isn’t I’m asking what the difference to him why he views some what he views as child sex as acceptable and some as not Apparently it seems the only time he thinks it’s bad is if they are related or the child says no.

Why do you believe can children can consent to sex with other children but not with adults ? You are starting to sound like a paedophile btw

I am not the least bit embarrassed about anything I've said because you're just regurgitating nonsense that's not related to what I'm saying. to be CRYSTAL FUCKING CLEAR: - ALL incest is bad - children should not have sex w/ adults - the concept of consent applies to children

Children cannot consent. If your objection to the age of consent is the difficulty in enforcing it you should answer the question about incest because that would present the same difficulties in policing.

again for the cheap seats - incest is not only immoral when there’s no consent, we also consider incest immoral between adults who are consenting to it. why on earth would that not apply to teens being capable of consenting? incest is still wrong

The question about incest was about policing. If the objection to the age of consent is that it cannot be policed the same question of policing is valid.

No it wasn't a pragmatism thing dude, it's not about where it CAN be policed Regardless of how difficult it is to enforce, I do think incestuous relationships within a family are generally harmful and a good reason for a social worker to separate kids from each other

I do not think that about two random teenagers being boyfriend and girlfriend and having sex I think if two siblings are fucking that's a legitimate reason for CPS to be called and to put them in foster care I do not think this about some 15-year-old fucking her girlfriend

Good Christ man how have you lost the plot this hard It's not that we CAN'T "catch" teens who are in sexual relationships and punish them for it It's that most people DON'T WANT TO, most people think that's BAD
