No, it is a pretty direct answer to your question If minors can't consent to sex with each other then there's a lot of mutual rapists out there who have to go to prison

No, because they're violating the ethical framework of "enthusiastic consent" That's why people advocate teaching such a framework, so teens learn *not* to apply "pressure" that skirts the line of "consent" in the legal sense of the term
