agree, his used car salesman energy / shit-eating grin was perfect.

I still think of SNL's riff on the Biden/Palin debate in 2008, with Sudeikis as Biden and Tina Fey as Palin (and Queen Latifah as Gwen Ifill) as one of SNL's all time best political sketches Everyone came for Tina Fey and was shocked by Sudeikis knocking it out of the park

Totally agree. I even like Jim Carrey, but his Biden thing is just dumb; not funny.

It's like the joke on Walk Hard where Jack Black has been cast as John Lennon and he has to keep saying he's John Lennon so you remember

Thank you! Sudeikis was a perfect Biden.

I just can't watch SNL the same. NBC at all really. At least the quarantine episodes had them making funny bits about life at home. The political stuff now is painfully noninfrmative and just painfully unfunny.

Yeah I was really hoping they were gonna bring Sudeikis back to be Biden. Didn't really enjoy Carrey's version.

I just figured they intentionally miscast Jim Carrey to match up with the miscast Alec Baldwin.
