I also think it's a feedback loop because a large number of people who consume media now are very much into LORE elements, and postural elements, than say, actual drama or character.

I tend to think there's kind of a completionist mindset to it Like, I know that I, personally, feel immensely discontent unless I possess literally maximum context about something I like So I can't just _enjoy_ a story, I need to be able to write a master's thesis on it
