Her argument makes a solid case for shutting down rural hospitals and replacing them with wall mounted first aid kits.

Right, like firefighters, who spend most of their time just sitting around the firehouse. Or lifeguards! I worked as a lifeguard for years. Only had to jump in and save a kid once! Clearly the pool was wasting money, paying us to just watch people swim!
