But I mean Prop 22 is a classic example of such a law CA is a blue state, Gavin Newsom and the Democrats are really strongly opposed to the tech companies on this issue, so they had this whole plan in place to end run around labor law with a misleading ad campaign for a prop

And they really are trying to trick people, this is likely to be a "blue wave" election but the props obviously aren't listed as "left-wing vs right-wing" so the play is to just confuse "low-info Democrats" into thinking Prop 22 is "progressive"
