Mick Foley has a story in his autobiography about how he bled so much over his wrestling career that he's gotten to see his own blood in a variety of different shades and viscosities And one time he was astonished as he bled out and said the color was "almost fluorescent"

Yes, usually it is. Once the blood dries though, it’s darker. But yes blood is quite bright lol
