if it had the consistency/mass of sugar, 8 grams is a little more than two teaspoons. That's a lot.

It’s a lot for an antibody treatment but it’s a neutralizing antibodies, not an agonist. It’s in phase 3, being given acutely. Antibody penetration to the ASL is pretty poor so you want to dose high. If it were me I’d take it prophylacticly.
