Come on dude this is a stupid argument It doesn't even make sense because "Imperio!" actually is a word (the dative or ablative case of "imperium", "To the empire!" or "From the empire!") that you would be just as likely to say by accident if you were actually speaking Latin

Okay, so "Imperio!" can also mean "to authority!", it's still obviously an error given how all the other Latin spells are a first person verb ("I protect", "I repair", "I torture")

Dative and ablative are the equivalent of "to" and "from", broadly speaking, and no, waving a wand at someone going "to authority!" or "from authority!" doesn't make very much sense, even if it could be worse
