Does anyone else ever stay on the line to do the survey saying your customer service rep did a good job and then the survey glitches and it ruins your whole day wondering if they think you just callously hung up

In jobs that have customer feedback like this in my experience nothing really affects you other than the people who "red flag" you and get your manager to talk to you about it
