If JK Rowling's books were removed from store shelves the way Wiley's music were removed from Spotify and iTunes, if her publisher dropped her the way Wiley's label did, and if her Twitter account were likewise deleted, it might indeed seem excessive to continue attacking her

But that's not what happened JK Rowling, instead, continues to be the center of a giant Twitter lovefest and defense brigade, which is what the people protesting her are protesting against Weetman is engaging in that fallacy of "Nobody is saying X" like she herself is nobody
