That's actually the thing that I think would most distinguish Nightingale from TLOU2 (the commonality being "woman subjected to witnessing brutal murder of loved ones crosses desolate terrain to do a brutal revenge"): the ending says, when you seek revenge,sometimes, good for you

Yeah, he won, but in the meantime you're learning that all of these characters have deep-seated psychological issues that have only worsened over millennia. I'm not sure there's space for that kind of ambivalence in hopepunk.
