If you got pissed about the time Jennifer Lawrence's nudes leaked - which you should have - but now you're jokingly "celebrating" Chris Evans' nudes leaking, you're an awful person Jsyk

People are celebrating his leaked nudes? That's... gross. I mean, I know the impact will be different on his career etc., but looking at leaked nudes that said person didn't consent to you looking at is still awful and still a breach of consent.

They were NOT leaked. Unless you’re accusing him of being the leaker. Why is this hard?

Unintentionally released, then. He didn't mean for them to be seen and doesn't now. That should be enough.

Ok, you’re assuming his intent based on the deletion. I lean toward agreeing but it’s not the same as a phone hack. Given the promo practices of “celebs”, I wouldn’t be surprised by a salacious image that’s “accidentally” posted on purpose. Not claiming his was, but intent is key

It is not, as you say, the same as a phone hack. Except in that distributing the photos is morally wrong. And it's not like we're talking about some creep who's leaked other people's photos. Evans is one of the true good guys.

Distributing private imagery is always wrong. What I question is intent & maybe because I’m cynical & old enough to have seen similar planned stunts.I can’t know his intent, but I think it likely a mistake. I’m sure he’s a good guy. It’s just not the same-to me-as stolen images.

No, you haven't Name one such "planned stunt" with the evidence that it was planned
