I like how shes calling him ‘objectionable’ but defending him anyway to invoke some enlightened concept of free speech but it really just tells us more about how powerful bigots support one another in coalition.

Yep. She says his right to speech also protects her right to call him a bigot. But she doesn't actually believe in the right to call people bigots. So yeah, bigotry solidarity and nothing more.

"Free speech for me, but not for thee" is the mantra of the free speech warriors who don't actually give a shit about free speech. They just want to be bigots without consequences and be free from criticism while they bully everyone else.
