"Most of her colleagues." It's also possible they were all, or most, doing this and she's just... being praised for doing the bare minimum. Like, this really is the bare minimum. She attended meetings. She talked about stuff that happened. Some coworkers liked her.

I find it just a little weird they specify "most" of her colleagues and don't just say "her colleagues." IME when you say "had the respect of her colleagues" it's not stating ALL of her colleagues. That "most" is throwing up.
