Everyone is emphasizing as much as they can that this disease lays you up a long, long time -- possibly forever -- and if you still feel sick at all after an infection then you stay in bed as long as it takes

Some if not many of the multiple doctors they see will tell them it's all in their head, they won't all check for this.
