All the people bragging about their physical fitness keeping them safe from the virus should be looking at the star athletes saying their careers are now over because they can't run a mile without getting winded and feeling like they're gonna keel over anymore

Someone I follow talked about this, that we may see a "silent wave" of disability A bunch of people who think they're healthy and think they never got infected but mysteriously just "aren't feeling it" anymore over time, give up their workout routines, become sedentary

Everyone is emphasizing as much as they can that this disease lays you up a long, long time -- possibly forever -- and if you still feel sick at all after an infection then you stay in bed as long as it takes

It still freaks me out that if you had to choose between quitting smoking or getting a flu vaccine, the vaccine will do more to protect you from a future heart attack. I can’t even imagine what the future complications from COVID-19 will do.
