I state at the top that I’m not defending Coleman. My thread wasn’t about him. It was about the language in the tweet I was quoting. That’s all. Of course people are allowed to see red flags in people’s past behavior. Why are you putting quotes around things I didn’t say?

I also agree that what happened to the guy who ended up on the registry at 13 is terrible Jessica Valenti probably does too It has no contradiction at all with her point
