I did some crazy shit on the internet when I was 13. Kids tend to be more tech savvy than their parents, which makes it easy for them to circumvent most forms of monitoring.
He may have been disciplined in juvenile court; we wouldn't know because those records are sealed once you turn 18, and honestly none of that is our business (It seems like something like that may have happened, he left high school early for unspecified reasons and got his GED)

I get that you want to never have to deal with things like this as a voter or a citizen because some authority handles it all when it happens We don't have that luxury The fact is he's running for office and his victims have spoken up in protest, that's the important thing
