He may have been disciplined in juvenile court; we wouldn't know because those records are sealed once you turn 18, and honestly none of that is our business (It seems like something like that may have happened, he left high school early for unspecified reasons and got his GED)

I mean yeah the thing that upsets me is specifically that he was able to reoffend, that after he extorted this one girl when he was 12 he became a different girl's persistent bully when he was 14
