Now the state party -- and other powerful interests -- are running Frownfelter again on a write-in campaign, rather than run someone new or wait two years to try to unseat him. It sure looks like patronage networks and ideology are factors here as well.

What's ridiculous about it? It would make it ridiculous to continue running, sure, but that's why ,if you actually think about it and take what he did seriously, he shouldn't have run at all
