And these are just the incidents that he has been forced to acknowledge because accusers have come forward. Why on earth would anyone take his word for the fact that this is all he's done without a thorough impartial investigation?

In case it’s not clear, that’s not what I’m saying. I just want to know more before judging. My hope is that would become the majoritarian impulse.

What more information do you need? He confessed! Glenn asked him what he'd done to prove he was a different person now and his answer was how great his platform is. Glenn asked again, and he said, If I was a bad person, there would be stuff from high school, or 2 days ago.

Glenn asked Coleman about the exchange with the victim's aunt. Was it accurate? Did it reflect the context? Glenn gave him every chance to deny or contextualize, and all he could say was that that interaction was a mistake.

Glenn asked Coleman what he'd done to make it up to the girls and Coleman launched into how those girls had "blocked him on Facebook" so that was the end of that, nothing more he could possibly do, no other ways to reach out, no timeline about when he checked.

What the fuck are you talking about? The last claimed incident was when he was 14. He's now 19, with no intervening accusations. He spent 5 years reforming into a different person. Fucking creepy to judge people by what they did when they're kids.

The fact that he (allegedly) hasn't reoffended recently isn't compelling evidence of personal growth. That's what's convincing to a parole officer, not what qualifies you to hold public office.

Then what is your criteria for personal growth? Should Coleman commit suicide? Join an anti-sex worker cult? Become a born-again Christian?

Not run for office Jesus Christ how is that such a burden I haven't run for office, the vast majority of people I know haven't run for office
