"Youthful indiscretions*" are are a big problem when you are still a YOUTH. *note: as someone who does NOT subscribe to the "boys will be boys" philosophy, I think sexual harassment and revenge porn go a bit beyond that.

And blackmailing over nudes that were not sent to you is wholly different from pulling a girl's hair or something like that. Its not one of those things you can just "I was too young to know better" away. It takes active and horrendous decision making to ruin someone's life.

What exactly would be considered "reforming" here? This is one of those things that should haunt someone for life short of some gigantic later in life come to Jesus moment.
