Exactly. There's this urge to fit every aspect of humanity into neat little boxes as if anything that exists outside of that box is somehow inauthentic, but humanity has never been "neat" like that and there have always been people that exist at the intersection of many boxes.

treated as 2nd class beings, but bc they are caucasian, ,like anglos that came prior, they assimilated into society much easier to the point now they've melted into the pot. but the general perception for asian looking thingies as foreign remains a reality. 2/
