We've got a whole demographic segment of our entire society who are basically Kramer coming to eat Jerry's food all the time and never paying anything because he "doesn't live there" And they're not only unashamed of this they're smug about it

In b4 some libertarian guy goes "Do I not pay full price for meals in restaurants or when I go shopping, do I not pay sales tax" Fine you're a version of Kramer who compensates Jerry for the cost of the groceries but not for his time and travel money spent going to buy them

And never chips in anything for rent or utilities even though he's in the apartment ALL THE TIME to the point of borrowing Jerry's shower and whatnot Because he never goes home except to sleep (a "bedroom community") Oh wow turns out Kramer's personal bills are really low

We used to have rules here in Milwaukee that you had to live within the city limits to get a job with the city. This includes public school teachers. But now they're relaxing those rules. Thanks Scott Walker
