There are 'kneejerk prejudices' that are evolutionary traits. Like...not liking snakes, or spiders. There's a kernel of truth in that, possibly danger. Absolutely none of those are about _gender_. All gender prejudices (In fact, all concepts about gender) are learned.

What is being presented here is just evolutionary psychology, 'humans evolved to think this way'. Like 99% of nonsense under that 'theory', it is trivially easy to disprove in one way: By showing that what they think is universal is only modern, and specific to our society!
