Part of the issue with the Moclans is they're supposed to be a critique of toxic masculinity and homophobia but they do the former by reinforcing gender stereotypes and the latter by playing the very cliche "but what if the oppressed people were the oppressors?" card.

The other problem is half the time the show wants to treat their issues seriously and the other half it's part of a joke.
