I'd feel sorry for him (possibly) accidentally lifting something from Taken if he hadn't been a shit himself. It's really easy to pick something up and completely lose track of where it came from.

Is literary malpractice a thing? Cause I feel like writing a book that involves research and having that research lead you here must qualify. It's like, he didn't just come up with something. He looked this up. Is this how much effort he puts into everything?
