In other words, Elizabeth is justified in killing him across all timelines because he never had a shot at real redemption The whole narrative is actually saying he can never atone, Booker as we know him is just a bit better bc he accepts he's evil

Also, I haven't replayed it yet but is it possible the Vox don't turn evil, it just looks like it bc they're not going to not shoot a war criminal, who is you?

The original reason Daisy Fitzroy orders your death she spells out to you directly: The Booker DeWitt from her timeline died fighting for the Vox and was martyred as a hero Your mysterious resurrection deeply disturbs her and "complicates the narrative"

She sees both you and the whole concept of alternate timelines that your existence represents as a threat to her power that must be eliminated

It is *not* because of your war crimes, in and of themselves, because Daisy goes on to actively commit many more of her own (This is before the retcon in Burial at Sea that Daisy had no agency at all and was basically playing a part to test Elizabeth)
