Do you think that a person's ability to reproduce and therefore continue the human species is a meaningful way to assess that person's value?

So when you wrote this tweet, you intended it to be read from the perspective of men in general, and not your own personal view? https://twitter.com/claireplusmac/status/1287225390889656322 …

Then, when you said "no one said that" you weren't being accurate. You would have meant, "Yes, I agree that it's terrible that men tie value to reproduction."

I was under the impression that *you* were saying women have more reproductive value. If you are, then yes, I am responding to you. If you are saying that *men* believe this, your Tweet was unclear as to who you were attributing the statement to.

Replying to @Eristae @a_useless_ham
I mean yeah of course there are a lot of sexist men who believe that women are primarily valuable because of a perceived need to "sustain the species" We all know that THAT'S LITERALLY WHAT I SAID IN MY ORIGINAL TWEET

Those men's beliefs are oppressive and incorrect, as is their preceding belief that the presence of a fertile uterus is the definition of a "woman" in the first place
