Yo I do try to avoid the tacky self-praise nowadays but I am very certain that I am smarter and a better writer than JK Rowling And I try to associate with and follow people who are also smarter and better writers than JK Rowling It's a bare minimum bar, and not a difficult one

Self-own aside, I recall some of her books getting quite a bit of criticism at the time, especially after the last Potter book came out.

It's a pretty obvious cribbing off Yoda's "fear leads to anger" nonsense too.

Yes, with the unnecessary tryhard flourish of finding a new synonym of "leads to" in thesaurus for each repetition

That could also mean Jealousy = critique of Jk
-
By that logic it is impossible to criticize her for anything, as it would always be just jealous without grounds. What a convenient life to live.

I enjoyed the books. Not going to pretend I didn't or down on her writing because she's a shit human being. Not sure what one has to do with the other, to be honest. There are cringy bits. And I felt Book4 was rushed and poorly managed. But let's not forget- shit opinions.
