Nope, just plain old racist. The definition of the term is 'Discrimination or prejudice based on race.' Honestly Arthur, when the person you're arguing with can repeatedly use dictionary definitions for the terms you're using to clarify your ineptitude, it's a bad sign.

Nobody actually fighting against racism believes this definition is adequate, though. White people in America simply are not oppressed based on their race.
