Like any conservative talking point about why we shouldn't take direct antiracist action against inequality because that's "also discrimination" will eventually lead you back to the premise that the inequality that exists is PoC's own fault (or "responsibility") Racism

This is why I don't understand people who notionally "support equality of opportunity but don't support equality of outcome". If equality of opportunity exists, inequality of outcome becomes prohibitively improbable unless you subscribe to explicitly racist premises.

Since for some reason you used my RT and kept the tag in, I'm gonna go ahead and guess that Arthur is not saying that every white person has more money and power than every black person. The existence of rich black people is not a gotcha here. It does not disprove Arthur's point.
