yeah the more I think about it the more I think the IGM I went through proooooobably enabled me to squeak through my physical screening when I enlisted Like I don't even know if I would have wanted it the way it was. but I was misled and gaslighted about it and THAT fucks me up

many people see "intersex/trans" as a specification of the "nature/culture" distinction rather than two interrelated but distinct social groupings which exist the way they do because of respective traumas, organizing, relation to peers, and other identify-forming type things.
