Yeah, and I mean ultimately, sometimes you win the lottery. Either literally or otherwise. It doesn't mean all avenues are really open regardless of connections, it just means there are a few golden tickets.

I also somehow think that Lena Dunham (or at least, the show Girls) got to be underrated in all the backlash to it? I don't think it's like, a masterpiece, but I think she did have something to say there.
