People who snark about Leia and Han being wildly mismatched don't really get how liberating it must've been for her to be with someone she could just get totally fucking hammered with and scream "FUCK ALL OF THIS SHIT"

I totally feel like doing a fic about Leia, deep down, thinking about how Han finally broke and said "That's it, I'm done, I'm fucking done" and flew off with Chewie, wonders if that actually makes him the stronger one

In theory, he recognized Asgard was an evil colonialistic superpower that didn't deserve to exist anymore. His depression was more about half the universe dying.

I'm from an evil colonialistic superpower too though, and I'd be pretty messed up if it were smashed to pieces by a giant space monster.

My discomfort with Thor was how everyone else reacted to him. Rocket was one of the few who didn't mock him getting fat, he just addressed Thor feeling like a failure by reminding him everyone failed to stop the Snap.

Steve "I hate bullies" Rogers let multiple Avengers mock Thor without saying a word.

I'm not sure they're comparable. In Endgame Thor has lost, and has little left but time to focus on that failure. In Star Wars, Leia is still fighting the war and, one might imagine, completely throwing herself into it to avoid idle moments to reflect.
