There's the awkward stuff where the full thread talks about how he's the breadwinner and his wife's career is "in a holding pattern" because he gets paid more (implicitly a LOT more) and this makes them both victims

I mean I even think that people are to some degree taking that in bad faith - he says *in that tweet* that he considers this fact to be structural injustice - but it still raises the question of why he should be centering himself in this

(Like, I agree that the people saying "You should go half-and-half on childcare anyway, fuck the money" aren't helping, in the way that people who say "fuck the money" in general are never helping But does he get why personally being highly paid is why people aren't sympathetic)
