I have to apologize in advance but I'm the exact opposite. My superpower is that I always wake up refreshed, tabula rasa, good mood. My character flaw is that I open up Twitter almost immediately.

I'm pretty sure I actually have dreams about reading Twitter

Lately, yeah. Sometimes with memories of shitty times in my life echoing in my head. (This might also be related to my chronic pain problems though)

I had no idea how many nightmares I have before moving in with my bf. Apparently I'm a scream-sleeper. But somehow it never wakes me up and I never remember the dream.

I have realistic dreams as a narcolepsy side effect and by the time I’ve sorted out that they weren’t actually memories I forget to remember them So also: yyyes, but “additional problem: can’t remember whether it was a dream” subtype
-
This was pretty much exactly what I was going to respond, and I’m also narcoleptic. Non-restful sleep and “was that real or a dream?” is my constant state. The people who live with me are used to daily reality checks like “Did we actually talk this morning?” Every single day.
