Only if the following are agreed to. 1. All copyright and patent must stay with its originator (author, inventor), it can never been sold. 2. All copyrights and patents must be registered actively and fees paid comparable to the length of time. 3. No one can inherent them.
Also, no laws shall be made to extend copyright/patent beyond the lifetime of their originators. And if such works are released by their creators they shall remain as such in perpetuity without qualification or reinterpretation.
