Those are not defining characteristics of womanhood. Unless you would like to exclude all women who are infertile, do not have a uterus - congenitally or through surgical means - do not have mammary glands or are UNABLE to breastfeed, no longer or never menstruated, ETC.

Well, ACTUALLY, that scientist would tell you: 1) Gender and sex are different 2) There are WAY MORE than two sexes across ALLLLLLLLLLLL living living things, AND in humans 3) All this information is easily accessible online, so your level of stupidity at this point is a choice.
