I want you to understand that there is very little Joe Biden can do, even if Joe Biden by some miraculous transformation becomes an infinitely wiser, smarter, more charismatic and powerful leader whose election wasn't under any kind of pall from any kind of scandal

sure, Biden is problematic. but what's the alternative? we can't survive another four years of _any_ Republican as POTUS
-
Sure I'm voting for Biden the same reason I'm continuing to wear a mask, because you gotta do what you gotta do as long as you've decided to continue to keep on living and not join the bad guys

This is important and underlines that Joe Biden (or any president who comes next) is not the only answer. Online conversations drift toward the presidency because that's a race we can all talk about when, really, you have to vote and advocate in your town and county

A sufficiently large landslide could allow the Democrats to make actual systemic change. They almost certainly won’t, but they COULD.

The thing is that even if a vast coalition emerges against this one guy, many of those people *still want all the things that led to choosing Trump*, and that's a hard thing to change.
