I really have to wonder about the mindset that says that if someone is famous and successful then criticizing or disliking them makes you a bad person, it "reeks of envy" etc Like it's just such an obviously inverted morality Comfort the comfortable and afflict the afflicted

You can criticize all you want. But in this case, it is simply dragging rooted in bitterness. 'Cuz she can't be cancelled, which drives you nuts.

Nah I mean this really isn't true Indeed to the extent it's not true it's arguably problematic, like someone wealthy and powerful like JKR *should* get more attention than random TERFs who make a career of nothing but Internet trolling

But the reason Glinner catches more smoke than other TERFs, for instance, is that it *has* worked on Glinner For whatever reason and for better or for worse he's gotten so mired in "the debate" he really has no other career anymore

And while part of me wishes that for his and the world's sake Glinner had just logged off and gone back to work on the Father Ted musical, the ignoble side of me greatly enjoys watching his obsession destroy himself and discredit his cause

omfg I might still pay to see Father Ted: the Musical I would separate the artist from the art even though this man has directly attacked me in the past, especially if there were a Father Jack song-and-dance number

Unfortunately this will never happen because in order to write it Graham would have to log off for up to 30 minutes at a time to write the script

Maybe someone else can do it one day when it’s in public domain.
