I feel like this is mostly a demonstration of how many women vs men are serious regular users of IMDB than any kind of formal taste poll (i.e. that's a REALLY specifically "men from film school"-heavy "men's" list.)pic.twitter.com/7d6qBnGueU

Except for The Sound of Music there’s not a single film on there that didn’t come out within the past twenty years...that’s kind of...disappointing.
All this means is that if you look at the movies that only women rank highly that men ignore, they're all recent This makes sense - it's not that women don't like classic films it's that it's very hard to think of a classic film women like that men DON'T like
The Sound of Music is probably your one example (A lot of classic movie musicals like that might fit if they had survived in the public eye as long but they mostly haven't Brigadoon with Gene Kelly is liked more by women than men, but is mostly just not watched at all)
As an aside it's worth mentioning how Pauline Kael made a name for herself as a serious critic in the boys club of film writing by going on a rant about how much she despised The Sound of Music
