Heh. I still am surprised they got the game as a whole in under the line, my understanding has always been that the ESRB expects non-cutscene violence against humans to be bloodless except in M games

The ESRB was founded by the ESA (Entertainment Software Association) in a direct and explicit model of the CARA's relationship to the MPAA If the ESRB seems more chill it's probably because even in the Jack Thompson era games were less important culturally than movies
