Agree on that one at least. But just because you're not a 'political' filmmaker doesn't mean you don't have a point of view or a message for people.

It's why Steinbeck's 'Grapes of Wrath' is a million times better than Sinclair's 'The Jungle.' Why Charles Dickens is a Legend. Steinbeck and Dickens had points of view all right, but they never sacrificed their storytelling to didacticism the way Sinclair did.
