Like it's standard now for big shows to put the whole stage on multiple moving platforms and conveyor belts to simulate what a movie can do with camera movement -- panning, tracking, etc. -- which IMO is kind of perverse and a betrayal of what theatre is about

At the very least it's really fucking unfair for anyone outside Broadway or the West End who can't spend literal millions of dollars to build that shit
