Doesn't make you any better or worse than the God who created those innocent and weak for they purpose of crying out in terror and being suddenly silenced to further a Hero's Journey

Besides, again, so what The same Force that gave Revan his destiny gave Kreia hers She's just more self aware and philosophical about it but it's the same thing

In the LS ending to KotOR 2 Kreia even acknowledges that in the long run she was just an obstacle the Force raised up for the Exile to knock over as the first big step on the Exile's Hero's Journey And she comes to accept it

Every horrible thing that ever happened to you happened because the force wanted it to because it needed a bad guy, not so you can be a better person or live a full life or achieve a dream, so you can be a thing somebody fights

Yeah if you try to redeem Kreia and get her back in your party at the end of KotOR 2 she flips out Basically going "Are you STUPID? Don't you get it? The game only ends when you kill me! I'm the final boss!"

I mean none of this is canon to the current story. Kreia MAY exist in the backstory but if so in a highly modified form

Too late, because so much of the fandom internalized this stuff. (*glares long and hard at "we can all be Gray Jedi u guise!"*)

I mean the tragic ending of KotOR 2 is in fact that being a Gray Jedi isn't possible

I think a lot of people who rooted for Kreia kind of missed the point, her story is a tragedy, in the Greek tragedy sense It's a logical paradox, what she wants to do is completely and fundamentally impossible If it weren't impossible, she'd have no reason to do it

If a puppet actually could tear itself off the hand of the person puppeting it, it wouldn't be a puppet in the first place Being mad that you're a puppet is a contradiction It's just an annoying meta joke the puppeteer himself is telling

If you're a Calvinist it's familiar reasoning Satan himself is a servant of God God created him with his fall already planned, planted the spark of rebellion in his heart so he would seek to defy God, fail, and be damned, all to God's greater glory
