Also, if you directly employed someone to be staff on a consistent basis, that might actually offer them better job security and/or consistent hours than working for an agency.

"I don't have a maid, I hire a cleaning service" should always be followed by one question: "How much do you pay for said service?" If it's the minimum wage or barely more, it's defuckinginitly a maid.
