It really is vintage this isn't it? Only an out and out misogynist could even muster a thought like this nevermind let it loose on the public.

The thought that feminisme is about equality between genders, not having poorer women risk their lives so you do not have to get your husband off his ass?

I'm not married, never have been. Am a lesbian. I don't have a cleaner. Never have. As far as I know Sarah doesn't either - or not at the moment. None of this means that OJ isn't a misogynist. His tweet is a perfect example of Divide And Rule.

Divide and rule is making his point about cleaners coming into peoples houses a feminist issue. It doesn't matter that she herself hasn't got a cleaner, as long as she is advocating for those who do.

What I don't understand is why he isn't berating men and boys for doing nothing in the home, other than creating merry hell, that is. Also. Where is the line drawn on employment? Who, in OJs world, is permitted to employ who? Oh of course! Women must work for MEN! And men only.

Where does he say that? He was not the one making cleaners a "womens issue" at all. He was, on the contrary, very clear that he had chores growing up, and that her sons and husband should be cleaning too.

This is so fucking bizarre OWEN is the one who said "Why don't the husband and the kids help out", and then people attacked him for that saying he was accusing Sarah of being a bad mother

How the hell do you get from this that Owen is prejudiced against women bosses OWEN WAS INITIALLY ARGUING WITH A MAN THE PERSON HE WAS INITIALLY CRITICIZING FOR WANTING A CLEANER TO COME IN *WAS A MAN*

Why do you think cleaners are exclusively hired by women to ease women's work That doesn't even make sense Leaving aside that single men hire cleaners, if a married couple hires a cleaner the cleaner is doing work FOR BOTH OF THEM

To frame cleaning services as only a benefit for women and not for men as well is to completely surrender to the idea that cleaning is properly "women's work" and men don't need to worry not it It's insane, it's utterly backwards What the FUCK
