The easiest way to "spend" that much money is to buy an enormous amount of real estate (and that's not actually spending, it's investment by Brewster's Millions rules - like you can't actually live in all of those houses at once)

Like none of this stuff billionaires are obsessed with is "consumption" by any reasonable person's standard, it's "investment", even if it's a frivolous investment in their "legacy" "I want to own a movie studio and make my dream film" "I want to own a whole town"

If people caught wind of it imagine the prices and the fact that nobody but you could buy. I once tried to imagine how hard it'd be to buy all the gold in the world without getting ripped off. The price of the last ingot might cost as much as the rest.
